Is it really free? It all sounds a bit good to be true.

Yes, our initial website design service is free. We will get you all the way up to a working website that serves its function and is connected to your own domain.

We believe that having a website for any modern business is essential. But for many, this first step is met with numerous barriers, including high development costs (often exceeding thousands of dollars) and a steep learning curve if you are not overly savvy with website design.

What costs are there, if any?

While there are none for the initial design of your website, you will still be responsible for the cost of registering and maintaining a domain name. In addition, if you are wanting to have full administrative site management and control (which we would recommend), then you will need to pay for ongoing website hosting this means you own and retain everything related to your website. This starts from a very affordably priced $5 per month based on a 12 month commitment. We can also host your website on our platform, but this will incur charges for any future design requests.

While there is no charge for your website design, we do provide after care support for any additional website design requests, content creation or digital marketing. In fact, we are linked with one of New Zealand's freelance site's for linking you with the best talent. We believe that by providing amazing value up front, we hope you may wish to continue your relationship with us & engage our related services at a later date as your business grows and develops.

What if I want to sell items online, is that possible?

Yes! This is certainly something that can be achieved. For most options out there, running an online store can be costly, with many options costing in excess of $70NZD per month! Our option avoids any platform merchant fees that are normally charged in addition to payment provider fees, while still keeping your ongoing monthly costs to a very affordable amount.

What we will acknowledge is that store customisations may not be as comprehensive as other options out there. So if you have quite complex store requirements, plan to scale your product selection extensively or want to connect a wide range of apps that serve a more comprehensive array of options to your store, then we may not be the best solution for you.

We do still suggest you make an enquiry so that we can relay this to you and see if our service will meet your requirements.

Are there any limitations

We have chosen to use a website builder that is know for the quality of it's experience. With servers located around the world your website will be very fast and ensure an optimal performance experience for your customers.

We can build up to 5 pages of a website and up to 5 product pages for an online store. If you need more, then we will either make sure you have the blueprint all set up to add more pages, along with guidance on how to do this quickly and easily.

I don't really do website design, how difficult will it be to manage my site for a non techy?

We have intentionally chosen a website building option that is very easy and intuitive for non-website designers to use. There are also an array of AI tools that help you to write product descriptions, create sections, access free stock imagery and more. We will provide you with extra guidance when it comes to turning your website live.

In addition to this, we will make sure you have some keywords and suitable tag titles and meta descriptions to help ensure your website displays on Google.
